It's interesting for me to look back at this and reflect on the past year based on the books that I read. March and April were some of the hardest months for me and they had the highest book count. In contrast, June was also a very hard month, but I only read one book. The difference between them being that in March and April, I lived at school and in June, I was home. It was in the beginning of June that my grandpa had a stroke and we got a puppy. Frankly there were other things to do than read. At the end of August and beginning of September, I reread Scarlet and Cress because they were familiar and comfortable and I was in the midst of moving into a new place with two other girls that I didn't know. I needed familiarity. I'm interested to see what my book list will look like this year. Also, in case you're curious, I read a total of 45 books. It was my goal to reach 50 books and came just short. Hopefully I'll hit 50 this year.
